Transfer and registration taxes are shared 50/50 with the developer. Ownership is a registered 30-year leasehold of the land and the villa, and land rent is waived for the first two years.

Under the management contract the developer offers either a fixed 8% a year for 3 years or a buy-back of the villa after 3 years at the owner's option, as set out in the contract.
