Four-bedroom villa for rent in North Chaweng, Koh Samui
A hilltop above the north-east coast, two levels, 200 square metres, four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and beds for eight. Every room here was given the same view, which is unusual enough to be the point of the house.
Layout
The infinity pool holds the horizon along its far edge, and the terrace around it is laid in non-slip sand-wash with loungers spread across it. That terrace is also the circulation: the lounge and the kitchen both open straight onto it, and the water is a step from either.
Each bedroom has its own balcony and a king bed, with a bathroom of sink, shower and separate WC. A split-level staircase passes a tall window on the way up, and the view arrives again there.
Location
The hillside sits just north of Chaweng and catches the sea breeze before the coast road does. The drive up takes a minute from the main road and asks nothing of the driver, and the airport is fifteen minutes away.
Service
Resident staff live on site and keep the house daily, and airport transfers are included. Meals are charged separately.
