The northern tip of Chaweng bay keeps a short stretch of sand the resorts never reached, and the residence occupies it directly: lawn, then beach, then the small islands offshore.
Built in 2020 as a set of pavilions across 1,200 m², it comprises five bedrooms and five bathrooms for ten guests. The main pavilion is one long room around a kitchen island, with the dining table set for the whole party and a covered Thai kitchen and barbecue outside.
The estate runs at hotel level: a private chef, breakfast, daily housekeeping, concierge and reception, the airport transfer, and a cinema, sauna, gym and club house for the hours between. A playground and a garage complete the practical side.
The rate is $1,995 per day. Beachfront of this width in Chaweng is counted in a handful of houses, and most of them have not changed hands in a decade.
Kitchen island at the centre
The house gathers around a single kitchen island, with the sofas and the long table following the same line. Doors on both sides stay open from breakfast onward.
Sand at the end of the garden
Between the terrace and the beach there is only grass, and the swimming pool sits in the middle of it. The day sorts itself: water in the morning, shade at noon, the sand for the long afternoon.
