The residence occupies the slope above Chaweng, where the town stays in sight and out of earshot, and the outlook holds both the water of the bay and the hills behind the house.
Built in 2019, the villa comprises six bedrooms and six bathrooms for twelve guests, with the kitchen, the dining table and the lounge in one open volume that continues onto the terrace and the infinity pool. A gym and a bar occupy the level below.
The house is run with staff: daily housekeeping, breakfast prepared on site, a private chef for dinners agreed in the morning, and cars arranged from the airport.
The rate is quoted on request for the dates in question. Houses of this size that hold the water and the ridge in one outlook are uncommon on the Chaweng side.
A gym and a bar under the house
Below the living space the house keeps two rooms for the hot part of the day, and that is where a large group ends up. The pair of them covers the hours when nobody drives into town.
Water level with the main floor
The water runs the length of the main floor, and the glass folds back so that inside and outside become one room in the evening. The lawn beyond is the flat part of the slope, which on this hillside is worth more than its measurements suggest.
Chaweng bay from the upper terrace
The terrace takes the outlook: the bay on one side, the ridge behind, and shade enough to sit out the afternoon. The upper rooms open to the same line, which is why they are asked for first.
