Layout
An open-plan interior gathers the living room, the kitchen and the dining table into a single space that opens to the terrace, with a sofa and a television for the evenings and equipment enough to cook properly. The pool takes the sun for most of the day and the garden holds the shade for the rest of it. Each bedroom has a bathroom of its own.
Location
Lipa Noi runs along the west coast, where the water is shallow and calm and the sand stays pale. The famous Five Islands lie offshore in plain sight, and the beach is a short walk away.

The cost of meals is separate from the stay.
Shade and sun on the same plot is what a mature tropical garden buys.
Water runs the length of the house
The pool lies along the house and takes the sun for most of the day, while the planting holds the shade for the rest of it. Sliding doors open from the rooms straight onto the deck.
A shaded table at the water's edge
A roofed pavilion stands at the far end of the pool, shaded through the middle of the day and lit after dark. Meals move outdoors here, and their cost sits separately from the stay.
Each room keeps its own bathroom
Both bedrooms are en suite and the house sleeps four. An open-plan living room, kitchen and dining table sit between them and run out to the terrace.
