One of two identical houses on the Maenam hills, this villa gives 330 square metres and four en suite bedrooms to a panorama that reaches Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and the Angthong Marine Park. Eight guests are accommodated, and the two houses can be taken together when a party outgrows one roof.

Layout

The entrance steps down into one open volume: a western kitchen behind a breakfast bar, a teak dining table for eight, and a living room whose glass wall slides away to the pool terrace. The infinity pool and a separate jacuzzi hold the same view; the terrace runs the full width of the lounge behind minimalist railings that leave the horizon alone.

One sala stands beside the pool and a second waits on the upper floor with a daybed. Upstairs, two master bedrooms of equal size face the water from their own balconies, decorated with carved work from a Chiang Mai artist; a twin room keeps its own sea view, and the fourth bedroom sits at garden level with a bathtub.

Location

Maenam holds the quiet north shore of the island, and the hillside adds the height the view depends on. Sunsets arrive over the neighbouring islands, and parking off the road takes several cars.

Service

Full-time staff live on the property and keep the house through the stay; airport transfers are included, and meals are charged separately.
