Seven-bedroom sea-view pool villa for rent in Taling Ngam, Koh Samui

A three-storey villa on the hills of Taling Ngam on the west coast, looking out over the Five Islands. Seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, for up to 16 guests. The villa was fully renovated in 2024: new landscaping, furniture and tiling.

Rates per night

• Low season, 15 September to 10 December: from USD 680 a night
• 11 January to 31 May: from USD 1,250 a night
• 1 June to 14 September: from USD 800 a night
• Christmas and New Year, 11 December to 10 January: from USD 1,800 a night; the period can be booked in two parts, 11 to 27 December and from 28 December

The rate covers four bedrooms, the minimum booking. Each extra bedroom adds USD 150 a night, or USD 200 over Christmas and New Year. A 5% service charge is added on top. Airport transfers both ways are included.

Pool and terraces

An infinity pool with a jacuzzi and a swim-up bar faces the sea. Beside it are a covered sala, an outdoor bar and an open-air dining table for 14 guests. The entrance opens with a waterfall and hand-carved wooden doors.

Inside

The open-plan living room has high vaulted ceilings, a long dining table and a kitchen with marble worktops. On the lower level there is a cinema room with a 100-inch TV, Sonos surround sound and a pool table, a gym that doubles as a yoga and Muay Thai studio, and a spa room with two massage beds and a sea view.

• Master bedroom: king bed, sea-view bathtub, walk-in wardrobe, private balcony
• Top-floor suite: king bed, vaulted ceiling, panoramic view over the pool and the islands
• Jungle-view room with two king beds, sleeps four
• Sea and jungle view room with a hand-painted feature wall
• A detached treetop suite reached by its own stairs, with a bathtub
• Two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

Service

Live-in staff who have worked at the villa for over ten years, a resident chef and daily housekeeping. Meals are cooked to order; an all-inclusive package with three meals a day, soft drinks and fruit shakes is available. Alcohol is not included but can be ordered in advance. Massages, driver service and island trips are arranged by the staff.

Location

About 40 minutes by car to Samui airport and 15 minutes to Nathon, the island's main pier and town. Taling Ngam is the quiet west side of the island, known for its sunsets over the sea.
