1. Scope

The Ocean Property CRM at crm.sergeyluponosov.com is an internal tool of SL Ocean Property (real estate agency, Koh Samui, Thailand, operated by Sergey Luponosov). Access is granted only to staff and authorised partners.

2. Accounts

You may sign in only with an email address that has been pre-approved by the agency's administrator. Unauthorised access is monitored and recorded. You agree not to share your account credentials, not to attempt to access data outside the scope assigned to your role, and not to use the CRM to process data unrelated to Ocean Property's operations.

3. Acceptable use

  • No automated scraping or brute-force attempts
  • No attempts to bypass authentication, RLS, or rate limits
  • No uploading of content that violates Thai law or third-party rights
  • Voice and text messages from clients are treated as confidential

4. Service availability

The CRM is provided “as is”. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (Supabase, Cloudflare, Hetzner) may cause downtime.

5. Data ownership

Data entered into the CRM (leads, contacts, deals, messages) is the property of SL Ocean Property. Brokers and partners receive a limited licence to access this data while their account is active.

6. Termination

The administrator may revoke access at any time. On termination, your sign-in is disabled and the data you entered remains the property of the agency.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be addressed under Thai jurisdiction.
