The residence comprises ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms and accommodates up to 20 guests. A grand master villa and a smaller master villa each have a private pool and cinema; the remaining eight villas are individual bedroom pavilions with terraces.

The grounds hold an Olympic-length infinity pool facing the sea, tennis and squash courts, a gym, a yoga deck, a spa, a wine cellar, a pitch-and-putt, indoor and outdoor cinemas and a games room. An outdoor sala seats 20 for dinner, alongside a professional kitchen and a bar; the estate hosts weddings and corporate events.

The rate includes daily breakfast, transfers, a 24-hour concierge, golf carts and cars for guests. A private chef works on site; spa treatments and meals beyond breakfast are charged separately. Minimum stay and rate depend on the season and the number of villas; a 10% service charge and 7% VAT are added, and a refundable deposit is taken.
